How to Withdraw Funds From Your STICPAY Account

Selecting a Withdrawal Method

Navigate to "Money Out": In the left side menu, click “Money Out” and select the appropriate submenu based on your withdrawal method.
Available Options: The options include domestic bank wire (available in selected countries), international bank wire, and withdrawal via cryptocurrencies.
Manage Bank Accounts: You can manage your local and international bank accounts for withdrawal in this menu.

Withdrawal via Domestic Bank Wire

Access Domestic Bank Wire: Click on the “Domestic Bank Wire” submenu under “Money Out”. Note that this method is cheaper and faster than international bank wire.
Country Restrictions: Not all countries support domestic bank wire. A message will notify you if it is unavailable in your region.

3. Register Your Bank Account:

Go to “Manage Local Bank Accounts” in the “Money Out” menu.
Select the (+) plus sign to add your bank account.

Fill in the required details and click “SAVE”. Ensure the account is in your name. This option is only available in selected countries.

4. Withdrawal Process:

After saving your bank account details, you’ll see it in the “Manage Local Bank Accounts” menu.
Click on the “Domestic Bank Wire” submenu.

Select your local bank account, choose your currency wallet, and enter the withdrawal amount.
Click “NEXT” to proceed.

5. Completion and Confirmation:

A message will confirm the transaction is “Successfully processed”.
Wait for the amount to be credited to your account (1-2 business days)

You will receive an email confirmation. Check the status in the “ACCOUNT” menu under recent transactions.

Once your withdrawal request got approved, you will receive an email to your STICPAY email address.

Withdrawal via International Bank Wire

Access International Bank Wire: Select “International Bank Wire” in the “Money Out” menu.

2. Register Your International Bank Account:

Click “Manage International Bank Accounts” in the “Money Out” menu.
Select the (+) plus sign to add your bank account.

Fill in the required details and click “SAVE”. Intermediary bank information is optional but may be required by your bank.

3. Withdrawal Process:

After saving your bank account details, select the “International Bank Wire” submenu.

Choose your international bank account and currency wallet, then enter the withdrawal amount (minimum 100 USD).
Click “NEXT” to proceed.
The minimum withdrawal for international bank wire is 100 USD, and the process will take approximately up to 3-5 business days.

4. Completion and Confirmation:

Complete user verification with a code sent to your STICPAY email, phone, or OTP app.
A message will confirm the transaction is successful. Wait for the amount to be credited (3-5 business days).
You will receive an email confirmation. Check the status in the “ACCOUNT” menu under recent transactions.

When the transaction is completed, a message will appear confirming that the process was successful. Then, wait until the amount is credited to your account.

A confirmation email will be sent to your STICPAY email address to confirm your withdrawal request.

To check the status of your international bank transfer request, you can refer to the “ACCOUNT” menu, where you can see your recent transactions.

You will receive an email once your withdrawal request is approved and the money is successfully credited to your bank account. The process will take approximately 3-5 business days.

Withdrawal via Cryptocurrencies

Add a Cryptocurrency Wallet: If you haven’t added a wallet, refer to the guide on adding new currency wallets.
Access Cryptocurrencies: Select the “Cryptocurrencies” submenu in the “Money Out” menu.

3. Withdrawal Process:

Choose the cryptocurrency by clicking on the drop-down arrow and enter the withdrawal amount (minimum 5 USD).
Enter your withdrawal address and click “NEXT” to proceed.

4. Completion and Confirmation:

A message will confirm the transaction is successful. It may take 24 hours for funds to be credited.

A confirmation email will be sent to your STICPAY email account. Afterward, please wait until the transaction gets approved and until the amount gets credited to your withdrawal address.

Check the status in the “ACCOUNT” menu under recent transactions.

You will receive an email once your withdrawal request got approved and the amount was successfully credited.
